During peak seasons, our headquarters team may even join forces with our warehouse team to ensure prompt shipping. Nevertheless, due to factors beyond our control like statutory holidays or extreme weather events, it may occasionally take an extra day or two before we can dispatch your order. What to Expect After Placing Your Order
Canada Post: Tracking information will be provided via email after we dispatch your delivery, however, it doesn’t become active in Canada Post’s system until the package has been scanned at a sorting center, which generally takes 1 – 2 business days. Packages are picked up in the afternoon Mon – Fri (1 pm order cutoff time), and are generally delivered in 4 – 5 business days – but this may vary depending on your location, and the courier’s capacity.
GTA Same Day Express Shipping: we also automatically offer express same-day shipping on orders placed before 1 PM EST from Monday to Saturday for qualified postal areas in the GTA and surrounding areas. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next day, except for Sundays. Deliveries will be made between 4 PM and 10 PM EST, and are confirmed via SMS directly from the courier.
