What to Expect After Placing Your Order
Canada Post: Tracking information will be provided via email after we dispatch your delivery, however, it doesn’t become active in Canada Post’s system until the package has been scanned at a sorting center, which generally takes 1 – 2 business days. Packages are picked up in the afternoon Mon – Fri (1 pm order cutoff time), and are generally delivered in 4 – 5 business days – but this may vary depending on your location, and the courier’s capacity.
GTA Same Day Express Shipping: we also automatically offer express same-day shipping on orders placed before 1 PM EST from Monday to Saturday for qualified postal areas in the GTA and surrounding areas. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next day, except for Sundays. Deliveries will be made between 4 PM and 10 PM EST, and are confirmed via SMS directly from the courier.
