To Our Valued Customers,

As Canada and the rest of the world responds to COVID-19, at 180 Smoke, our top priority remains to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities at large. Towards this, we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our corporate stores, effective Mar 25, 2020, until further notice*.

Please know that this was a difficult decision, but at 180 Smoke, we have always placed public health over near-term business goals. This decision was made in compliance with Ontario’s state of emergency, which has called for the shutdown of all non-essential services.

Moving forward, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and react according to the recommendations made by the Public Health Agency of Canada, as well as local authorities.

Online Store Open for Business

While our corporate stores remain temporarily closed, customers will still be able to shop online with us at 180Smoke.ca. In an attempt to facilitate online shopping and make it easier for our consumers to order their products of choice, we will be offering free shipping on all orders over $49 and are working diligently to ensure all packages are sent out in a timely manner.

Please note that because of the influx of packages from various retailers, Canada Post has dropped its delivery guarantee times and customers will need to go to their nearest Canada Post outlet to retrieve their order. At the time of writing, Purolator and UPS have not made any changes to their shipping methods.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our incredible sales staff for their continued service during these challenging times. Their hard work, as well as the efforts of those on the frontline during the COVID-19 outbreak should be commended. We thank them for their dedication and perseverance!

Since this is an evolving scenario, we cannot be sure of when our stores will be reopened. However, we are monitoring the situation constantly and look forward to welcoming you back to our stores again. In the meantime, we would like to thank you for your understanding during this period.
